Tournament Rules

General Conduct

• All players must compete fairly and respectfully
• No cheating, exploiting, or use of unauthorized software
• Players must arrive on time for scheduled matches
• Technical issues must be reported immediately

Match Procedures

• Matches follow standard competitive format for each game
• Screenshots/recordings may be required for disputes
• Admins have final say on rule interpretations
• Substitutions must be approved before matches

Community Guidelines

Communication Standards

• Maintain respectful communication at all times
• No harassment, discrimination, or toxic behavior
• Use appropriate language in all EGNA platforms
• Report violations to moderators immediately

Account Requirements

• One account per person
• Accurate information required for prizes
• Account sharing is prohibited
• Maintain account security

Penalties & Enforcement

Warning System

• First offense: Written warning
• Second offense: Temporary suspension
• Third offense: Extended suspension
• Severe violations: Immediate permanent ban

Appeals Process

• Appeals must be submitted within 48 hours
• Provide evidence supporting your case
• Admin review process takes 3-5 business days
• Final decisions are binding

Prize & Reward Rules

• Winners must verify identity for prizes over $100
• Tax responsibilities belong to prize recipients
• Prizes must be claimed within 30 days
• EGNA reserves the right to modify prize structures
